  • Course completion must be less than 25% of total content
  • No certificates or completion badges have been issued
  • Technical issues that prevented access must be documented and reported
  • Course content significantly differs from advertised curriculum

Non-Refundable Items

Certain purchases are not eligible for refunds, including downloadable materials that have been accessed, one-on-one mentoring sessions that have been conducted, and promotional or discounted courses purchased during special offers.

Processing Times and Payment Methods

Understanding when and how you'll receive your refund helps set proper expectations during the process. Processing times vary based on your original payment method and banking institution policies.

  • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Debit Cards: 7-14 business days after approval
  • Bank Transfers: 10-15 business days after approval
  • Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days after approval

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds for courses where significant content has been accessed but technical issues or content discrepancies occurred. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis considering course completion percentage and specific circumstances.

International students may experience longer processing times due to cross-border banking regulations. Currency conversion rates applied will be those in effect on the refund processing date, not the original purchase date.
